COMPOUND ACCESS POLICY

RATIONALE

  1. To guarantee that everybody is safeguarded against unauthorized entry inside the compound

  2. To ensure that authorized visitors are welcome on school premises

*Authorized visitors refer to parent/s, guardian/s of a student, person on the premises for a lawful purpose, and person who is invited to attend an event within the school premises (e.g. contractor, courier, agent).

  1. To establish a clear procedure for the admittance of external visitors to the compound which is understood by all students, employees, parents, and visitors.  

 

GENERAL POLICIES

  • No ID, no entry

    • Students (school ID)

    • Parents and Guardians (Valid ID)

    • Agent, courier, etc… (valid ID/driver’s license

  • No car sticker, no entry

  • All entries must be logged (time-in and time-out)

  • Minimum health and safety protocols are observed at all times

    • Physical distancing (1-meter distance)

    • Face masks and face shields must be worn at all times. NO FACE MASK and SHIELD, NO ENTRY.

    • Body temperature of ALL persons entering will be taken prior to entering the school premises. If with a body temperature greater than 37.5ºC, the visitor is discouraged from entering the campus.

    • Contact tracing forms will be filled up at the clinic.

  • Observe designated entrance and exit areas.

                                                                                                        

GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS, GUARDIANS, DRIVERS,

AND VISITORS ENTERING THE COMPOUND

  1. Visitors must pass by Gates 1 or 2 only. NO visitor is permitted to enter the school via any other entrance under any circumstance.

  2. Visitors must observe the proper dress code, which forbids everyone from wearing the following: Sleeveless shirts, Shorts, and Slippers (cf. posted dress code at the guard’s house)

  3. Visitors must present a valid identification card (ID) to the security guard on duty (No one is allowed to enter the premises without official business)

  4. The guard will call the department/office/FMA community as indicated by the visitor to verify the appointment. Once verified, the visitor/s may enter, otherwise, the visitor shall not be allowed to enter the compound. On the other hand, they must be properly informed of expected visitors by the FMA communities, otherwise, if there is no confirmation from the person concerned the visitor may not be admitted.

  5. Online deliveries (food and or any parcel) will only be until the gate. Documents through couriers will pass through the brown door for disinfection/decontamination. Health staff will bring the parcels to the designated office/s.    

  6. The person to be visited must call the guard on duty to inform that the visitor has arrived and when he/she is about to leave the premises.

  7. The Guard of the school has the right to check/inspect the ff.

  • All visitors (if they comply with the dress code of the school)

  • Car without sticker​​

 8. The security guard of the school has the right to log the names of those who will violate the aforementioned guidelines
     and report to the Administration / Management for any necessary action
