How to Enroll in MHCC School Management System (SHOOLISTA)

 

Step 1: Log in to the Student Portal.

​

Step 2: After logging in to the Student Portal, the student’s existing balance will appear, if any. Then, click proceed. 

​

Step 3: Fill out and update all the necessary information needed. See the pictures below for reference.

 

Step 4: After filling out the information, the assessment of fees this school year will appear. Choose the preferred mode
           of payment (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually). Click Save and Proceed once done. See the picture below

 

Step 5: The breakdown of fees will appear. Click the forms link below for the following requirements:

            A. First Link: Upload the scanned copy of your current report card

                New Student: Recent report card released of the previous school.

                Old Student: Report Card released by the school.

            B. Second Link: Mode of Learning and Mode of Transportation of the Students

                   Mode of Learning:

                      Purely Online

                      Hyflex Blended Learning

                   Mode of Transportation if the student is going onsite:

                      School Service

                      Fetched​

                      Walk-in (for students who lived within the 500 radius of the vicinity, mainly (Ceris 1 and 2 residents ONLY)

***Note that the Parents/Guardians of the fetched students will be given a vehicle number (which will serve as a car pass) per family for picking up of the students at the school. Walk-ins must include in the form the exact address for verification.

​

Step 6: Then Click Submit Enrollment once done

 

STEP 7: In the assessment form preview, pay the enrollment fees through the link given in the form. Upload the proof of
            payment in the link to complete your enrollment.

​

Step 8: Wait for the confirmation of your payment through Student Portal. Students who pay their fees using the online payment option and those on scholarships or discounts will be updated in the assessment of fees after the  payment is verified.

​

If the payment for enrollment is confirmed, you will be tagged as “Your Payment has been VERIFIED.”

Step 9: Submit the Original Copy of the PSA Birth Certificate, Original Copy of the current Report Card, and other lack documents (for old students) in the school registrar’s office to complete your Enrolment process.

 

If the requirement submitted in school has been confirmed, you will be tagged as “Your enrolment has been COMPLETED.”

Step 10: Once the enrolment has been completed, wait for the section and schedule posted in your portal before the start of the classes.

 

Other Guidelines.

Once the payment has been verified, you need to claim the books at the school. For the parents/guardians who need to avail the school uniform, kindly go to Room 103 for fitting and pay the uniform at the Accounting Office.
